Maybe so but I think this is the issue with boxing fans. Why do we want a young exciting fighter to lose? What good does that do for the sport. The guys entertaining in/out the ring and ultimately if he wins he's a future star of the sport who can reach a new audience.
I think with the change of dates it's almost like they killed the momentum and also played into the fact people think the fight won't happen/is in jeopardy. Btw if you've not watched the Triller episodes, they're actually really good. (Not that I'm for this fight) 👊🏽

For the sports a Lopez win would be the best thing. A win and his stock would sky rocket. He's got more potential to be a cross over star based of his age and his out spoken personality than Loma does.
It's really important for the sport of boxing to get back to big fights. @VasylLomachenko vs. @TeofimoLopez is certainly one of the GREAT fights. Thanks to @espn, the #LomaLopez showdown will be shown without any additional charge to the public. A huge night for the sport.
I'm surprised @TeofimoLopez isn't a bigger star! What's not to like he's a great talker and so far he's backed it all up! He can box he can punch and He's challenging the best P4P fighter in the sport for the undisputed Champion before having had a single title defence!
Great month from @trboxing Loma-Lopez is an outstanding fight for all the marbles and even better is on regular espn! The sports really needs fights like this available to the biggest audience possible right now! Allot of casual fans to be potentially captured for the winner!

Sums up the world today. Even before today's tragic loss so many people world wide are losing their lives or loves ones and going through hardships and we're meant to have sympathy for Jo Lo because she can't buy and MLB team. So out of touch with reality.

- @luke11campbell vs @KingRyanG is a fight I truly won't believe untill they're in the ring. As much as I'd like to see fights as a fan, putting myself in the position of Garcias promoter for a moment, I don't think it's necessary and the risk to reward doesn't add up right now.
Reading so many articles, seeing so many interviews referring to fighter of the decade @RealRoyJonesJr as "Tyson's opponent". Bizzare yet a testimony to how big of a global crossover star Mike was & still is to this day because Roy is one of the best to ever do it. Let's be clear

Al Haymon is the best advisor in the business nobody works in the fighters interests better, having said that he's not a promoter and it shows. PBC have announced some tremendous fights which have been totally overshadowed by two 50+ year olds!
Prolly the only one not excited for Roy Jones or Mike Tyson to be fighting. Those guys had their time, Mike is over 50 years old. Boxers don’t have exhibitions in their blood, we only know one gear, that’s to destroy. Pray no one gets hurt.
All I'm saying is the WBC and the WBA are making up a "special" belt as we speak.
