Yestery I listened to someone talk about student ethics, character & decision making. Students exhibit far more of these qualities than he gave them credit for. The fact is students today are often compliant to an archaic system they no longer necessarily relate to or believe in!
You’re not a bad teacher if you’re snappy sometimes or the lesson doesn’t work or that everyone else does this or that and you don’t. You are there, you are a constant, you are yourself - that is as valuable a commodity as anything in education today.
