Heartbreaking start to my day . . . dead on a bridge over the Beaulieu river in the @NewForestNPA . There’s a 40 mph limit - but it’s a traffic ‘rat run’ , much of it speeding - a menace to ponies , deer , cyclists and now a young otter . Surely time for restrictions @newforestdc
