#NEW: Former B.C. Premier John Horgan has died at the age of 65. In June it was announced he was suffering from thyroid cancer. He was previously diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2008 and throat cancer in 2021 but announced in 2022 he was cancer free. #bcpoli

All eyes are on whether @Dave_Eby changes governing style, after elxn losses. That a 'special advisor' is co-chairing his transition team indicates this contentious structure remains. However, Eby's special advisor on health, Penny Ballem, is no longer part of his office.
Eby's office also reveals his "transition team" is being co-chaired by Doug White (his special advisor on Indigenous reconciliation) and Shannon Salter, his deputy minister.
