We believe leadership failure to implement credible oversight, accountability & transparency practices expected at grad institutions has wasted great potential.

CSPS US News ranking is abysmal. Shld b top 10. Fundraising nonexistent. Student/alum satisfaction low. Faculty turnover high. Unaccredited.
Speaker program is nice. But globally elite masters degree is far more important. CSPS chronic underachievement indicates serious problems.
Spinning speaker program as global primary research material is interesting but a bit of a stretch. Lets face facts. Its low hanging fruit.
Leaves aren't the only thing changing. This time of year new students start seeing not all is as advertised & begin asking questions. Smart.
CSPS students still achieve greatly. But their experience & degree infinitely better if school could achieve actual potential it deserves.
Imagine the incredible student experience & addt'l achievements if so many talented faculty hadn't left, collaborative spirit fostered, etc.
Full time faculty strained like never before. Original plans would see 15+ full time faculty by now. Possible if not for extreme turnover.
CSPS institutionl progress glacially slow. Only those who constantly push for change overcome stagnant status quo. But get nasty labels. Sad
Leadership willing to compare speaker program w/any in country. What about fundraising results? US News ranking? Student/alum satisfaction?
New focus on academics LONG overdue. Academics suffered under failed leadership for too long. Proof is abundant. Quality of degree at risk.
Wonder if recent grads evals of their academic experiences match CSPS's rosy press releases. But good that academics finally getting attntn.
Don't be afraid to challenge the "pros," even in their own backyard. Leadership does not emerge from blind obedience to anyone. Colin Powell
When one doesn't know how to make something great, they just won’t. If they don’t know what greatness is possible, they won’t bother trying.
“The manager accepts the status quo; the leader challenges it.” True leaders of CSPS advocate bright future while others tellingly cry foul.
“Leadership is a reciprocal process. What leaders say they do is one thing; meeting expectations of those they purport to lead is another."
Wonder if faculty/staff/students know exactly how much they are blamed behind closed doors for failings that aren't theirs. #UnderTheBus
