Isn't it amazing what can happen when we stop firehosing and start supporting and uplifting someone else's efforts?
#5 Humility-Leaders with humility understand their status does not elevate them above others, rather they elevate everyone around them.
#4 Magnanimity-draws teams closer. Give credit where credit is due; spread success. Be responsible for failures; take blame and spread fame.
#3 Dedication-spend time & energy on the task at hand; accomplish the next step toward the vision. Take opportunities to achieve greatness.
#2 Integrity-Leaders have it; the integration of outward actions and inner values--same on the outside as the inside
#1 Vision-Leaders with it have clear, vivid pictures of where to go, what success looks like & how to achieve it; they share and act on it.
