@easyJet @easyJetholidays nearly 12 months ago, you cancelled our flight and left is stranded with no offer of support whatsoever - we were told to sort out our own flights, in spite of you being liable. This claim has still not been resolved! Emails are being ignored.

... and knowing that you didn't fly with @easyJet !!! Still waiting, after 9 months, for the claim to be resolved after you left us (and thousands of others) stranded after you cancelled our flights and offered no support whatsoever!

Yes it is, but I really don't believe you should be broadcasting my booking reference!? In most/all other tweets you've been asking me (and other disgruntled customers) to DM you rather than publishing booking information!?
Impressive bit of time travel to post it as "yesterday" - perhaps your colleagues can use it to travel back 7 months and deal with it promptly. Reply to their message..? What do you think I have been doing for the last 7 months..? The incompetence seems widespread at @easyJet !?
At least Domino's deliver! You cancelled our flight nearly 7 months ago, still hasn't been resolved! Focus on your own knitting, @easyJet - the gif definitely isn't your team dealing with customer complaints!!!
6 months since it happened, 3 months since tweeting you - nothing (ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!) has changed or been resolved then. Your team redefines incompetent. Any chance you can redeem before, say, Xmas..?

Hopefully you don't cancel their flight, like you did ours. If you do, hopefully it doesn't take your colleagues 4 months and counting to process the refund - unlike ours! 4 months of incompetence from your staff!
I've done that previously (check your DMs) and emailed repeatedly and replied to emails repeatedly which quote the wrong amounts, but to no avail - either with your Twitter team or Customer Services!? More than 4 months of utter incompetence, but sure, I'll try once more...

Counting down? I've been counting "UP" for the time it's taking to get a refund from you! 4 months and counting!? You left us abandoned and with no support, no flight home, no alternative flight! You refunded some costs fairly quickly, but 4 months for the balance...? Disgusting!
