Kaltura have added a new capability to the Interactive Video Paths editor that provides creators greater flexibility when creating their interactive videos. Video nodes can now be set to begin playing at a specified point in time rather than simply at the beginning.
There is currently an issue preventing UON staff embedding YouTube videos in NILE. The quick workaround is to use Kaltura. The added benefit is you can add quizzes and check analytics on YouTube videos. Here's how: askus.northampton.ac.uk/Learntech/faq/…
A reminder to anyone about to use the old CaptureSpace recorder.
All staff and students should now be using the new Capture recorder to save work to their MediaSpace account. The previous Kaltura CaptureSpace recorder no longer uploads videos to your MediaSpace account. Here's how to install the new recorder: askus.northampton.ac.uk/friendly.php?s…
The Kaltura video players now all have variable playback speeds. Whizz through double-quick or slow the speaker down if you prefer. It's your choice. #accessibiltyforall
