Consistent bedtime=balanced hormones. When you stay up late, your cortisol rises, melatonin drops, and your body can’t detox or repair properly. -Aim for sleep before 11 PM. -Make your room cool and dark. -Try tart cherry or magnesium-rich foods. Your body heals when you let it.
