My name is Carlos Leon. I am a lifelong Democrat, father, mentor to foster youth as a juvenile probation officer, Union leader, and Union leader.

#MyVeteranStory After high school, I joined the US Army, & learned a great deal about camaraderie, sacrifice, integrity, & honor. I joined the boxing team, earned a few awards. I want to SALUTE every veteran, & their families. Happy Veteran’s Day! #VeteransDay @AmericanLegion
Join me Friday, Nov 10th @ 3:00pm for my first fundraiser for the 52nd Assembly District. Support lifelong EAST LA resident and Veteran Carlos Leon for Assembly. For more info email [email protected] #Leon4Assembly #EastLA
🎃👻 Happy Halloween 🕷🕸 As families come together to embark on spooky adventures, let's take a moment to reflect on the magic of community. BTW check out what I was able to grow in my yard so my neighbors kids can enjoy. Stay safe & cherish these moments. #HappyHalloween
Rep. Mike Johnson says the federal government used Twitter to censor American's speech: "Twitter was basically an FBI subsidiary before @elonmusk took it over... The Twitter files should be a matter of bipartisan concern for every member of Congress and every American citizen…
REST IN POWER to our sister & former Assemblymember #CindyMontañez after a battle against an aggressive cancer. She was only 49, but was a trailblazer in for Latinas in California politics. I already miss her! 🙏🏽🕊️ #RestInPowerCindyM
With a heavy heart, we bid farewell to Cindy Montanez, a dedicated Democratic leader who championed communities of color, the environment, and our values. Her legacy inspires youth and activists. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family for peace and love during this time.
Cindy Montañez was an inspiration to so many. She blazed an extraordinary path for Latinas who aspire to enter the world of public service and leaves an indelible mark on the lives of so many. My condolences to her friends and family.

It would take a @UAW worker making the maximum salary almost 440 years **5 whole lifetimes** to make what the GM CEO Mary Barra makes in **one year** - BFFR! Pay your workers what you owe them!
The CEO of General Motors just went on CNN and it went like this: "You've seen a 34 percent pay increase in your salary. You make almost 30 million. Why should your workers not get the same type of pay increases that you're getting leading the company?"
