Been binging/rotating between Umbrella Academy and Deadly Class today. The way music is used in both series is so good, but UA is a cut above, because it is so visually beautiful. The fights, the effects, THE APE, and the cinematography are breathtakingly good.

So I started Grant Morrison's New X-Men run yesterday. Its my first re-read since 2010. I see the influence it has on Rosemberg's Uncanny X-Men already. Both have a big Logan/Scott pairing, as well as a huge devestating blow to mutantkind that drives the series going forward.
