This Wednesday is National Ride2Work Day! Ride2Work Day is about encouraging us to swap the car for a bicycle to improve our health and fitness. It reminds us of the incredible bicycle journey undertaken by Ted Ryko, who cycled from Adelaide to Darwin in 28 days in 1914.
