If everyone keeps expanding their boats and ponds we will overuse the current fish resources. Make sure you have enough to eat.
STOP EXPANDING BOATS AND PONDS. Make sure you're self sufficient in boat size then let the biggest boat / pond village overfish for everyone
Maybe only the village with the biggest boat should over fish, store extra fish in the largest pond, and the lake wouldn't get depleted
