Presented LTAD for hockey @ Manitoba Hockey this weekend. Coaches were receptive to changing the system but it will not happen overnight.
CSCS exam complete. Toured candidates around the DBAC facility & our Hi Perf. Area. They were all impressed. Next exam Feb 19 2011 at MAC.
Hosting CSCS exam Sat at Mac for 21 future Str & Cond coaches. Writers coming to Mac from international and eastern/western Canada & local.
