We are celebrating Carers Week with a focus on the benefits of taking “short breaks” and a chance to recharge when caring for others. We have made pamper kits for unpaid carers visiting the ward today to acknowlege the amazing and vital work they do ✨
Today our Occupational Therapy student Zoe offered a nature focused group. Not only was it a fun activity, but it also promoted the use of fine motor skills, sensory awareness and social interaction 🌻👌🏼💬
Gardening group has started on St Non Ward and the courtyard is starting to look a lot brighter! We also had lovely visit from our Pet Therapy Team, which gave us a well deserved break from gardening! 🦮🐾🪻🌻
Last week we visited Haverfordwest Rugby Club. Thanks to Sarah, who volunteers at the club, we were able to enjoy a private tour and a non-alcoholic Guiness! 🏉

Last week we welcomed our OT student Zoe to the ward. Zoe carried out a creative media group which was enjoyed by all 🎨🧑🎨❤️
