We had a perfect day @titchfieldhaven Saturday. This Sanderling was colour ringed. Project response. Ringed NE Greenland (75.18298, -19.76899) 14 07 25 incubating 3 eggs. Late brood hatched 30 07 25. Seen Netherlands (Waden Sea) 22 08 25. A voyager. @HOSbirding @hantsconnect

A sunny day @slimbridge_wild Sat 25th. The Bean Goose visited the South Lake and had a bath #GlosBirds
We were @HawkConservancy Thursday, it was great watching Hugo fly Saxon the Golden Eagle in the dying light of the afternoon. You could see the mutual trust and respect between them. Ok a bit of food too. Saxon flying looks like the bigger of pair.
We had a great time @HawkConservancy watching Owls in the sun. It was cold, but that suited the Snowy Owl. So good to see the birds flying in the sun. A great day out.

Not the best of weather at @slimbridge_wild . But it was still a good day. First two Bewick's arrived 3rd Nov, Primero and Piquet, not sure which one this is. #Glosbirds

There were 27 Snipe on the island @slimbridge_wild on the Rushy Thursday. This seemed to produce lots of 'interaction' and some of the tallest Snipe that I had ever seen. #GlosBirds

Something I'd not seen before is a Spotted Redshank struggling to swallow a fish. Eventually it did. On the Rushy @slimbridge_wild #GlosBirds . Will it eventually produce a pellet like a Kingfisher? No wonder they spend so much time sleeping.
From a few days ago when it was sunny @slimbridge_wild a Blacktailed Godwit drying off ... its amazing how all those feathers go back into place #GlosBirds
A lovely morning in the sun @WWTArundel photographing the diving dunks in their pond. You can get a nice low view of the ducks, especially at the 12:00 feed.

A couple of pictures of the leucitic Marsh Harrier @slimbridge_wild . The trailing edge of the wings and tail look very ragged. It seemed to have no difficulty flying. #GlosBirds
