I found some of Shauntal's "fanfiction." This must mean fiction that she's a fan of. That simply makes sense.

Training your body is important, but you can't neglect training your relationships as well! Or, maintaining them, I suppose.

This is peak performance. It took many years of training for me to reach this stage, but all the struggles have been worth it so that I may find the true meaning of strength.
So now I am going to kick this bag 1000 times! Nothing like a good workout to distract me from contemplating too deeply.
I should know better than to get too tied up in the past. I must move ahead, there's nothing to be gained by looking over my shoulder.
Thanksgiving. I haven't been back home in many years. I'm not sure if I ever will return. That's just life.
