A friend sent this to me and I thought it was worth sharing. Some politicians will promise anything to get elected!
The world around us seems to be in so much turmoil. People everywhere are searching for peace, hope, and truth. Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). The peace and hope the human heart yearns for is found…
We live in a broken world full of broken people. But isn’t it comforting to know God isn’t ever broken? He isn’t ever caught off guard, taken by surprise, or shocked by what happens next. We are safe in His hands.
What a season it’s been. Brand new head coach, so much talent left last year, questions marks just about everywhere - USM didn’t care. Had one of their toughest schedules yet and still pulled of another 40+ win season. Love this team and university.
Southern Miss turned-over 70% of its roster and 80% of its production after the 2023 season, then repeated as Tournament Champions in a baseball conference under a first year head coach, only to lose in the Regional Final at the #1 overall seed. I’m sad, but not destroyed.

All of those seemingly impossible circumstances begging us to hand over our peace and give in to panic? God can handle all of the things we know we can’t. He is our possible in the midst of what can sometimes feel so impossible. And we can place our hope in Him.
You are fully known and fully loved by a God whose greatest joy is to be with you. I pray these truths flood your heart with peace. Peace that gives you permission to live like you are loved. Because you are. Deeply. Abundantly. With a love that will not fail.
The more we follow Jesus, the more we fall in love with Him, want to obey Him, experience life with Him, and become a beacon of light to others through Him. Following Him is the very thing our souls were created to do.
Jesus Christ is the only way to God. He loves you. He knows your name and He sees you. If you’ve never put your faith and trust in Him you can do it right now. #ThursdayThoughts
On the morning of September 11, 2001, Stanley Praimnath was at work on the 81st floor of the World Trade Center’s South Tower when he witnessed an American Airlines jet heading directly toward his building. In a split-second decision, he prayed and took cover under his desk…
Truth lived out is the best sermon. Lord, help me be so very mindful of this. In the midst of all my imperfections and shortcomings I still want it to be evident I spend time with You.
God wants your mind to be focused on Jesus Christ so much so that Jesus becomes the filter through which everything else flows.
