Good news: Urge to twitch has died down finally. Bad news: It's because I'm now completely worn out. I really hate my brother sometimes...
(also: not sure whether twitches is the right word as they're semi-voluntary but way larger scale than my usual leg jiggle)
(answer: the latter, definitely the latter. Seriously, he knows that poking etc sends me 'paranoid' and then does it anyway)
