So disappointed with @mbna trying to get my name changed is a nightmare. Originally was told on the phone I could just send in a normal copy now it's a I have to send a certified copy or original certificate! Now have to spend more money sending off the original! Absolute crap!
Still waiting for my @JDSports order which is coming via @Hermesparcels . Was told it would be here between 7am-11am and then by 5pm. Still waiting! Not happy!!!
