I’m 200 lbs today. I should Finally get out of the 2’s this week. I’m so excited to get over this hurdle 🥹 What Yo Gotti say? “It’s been a long time coming!” 🎶


I’m 208 today! After this tweet below, I gradually gained 8 lbs by December due to overwhelming stress. Since Christmas, I’ve been consistently intermittent fasting and sticking to a 1500-1800 cal diet at least 5 days per week. The marathon continues!

Haven’t been in the gym consistently BUT, I’ve been eating much better and monitoring my caloric intake. I’ve lost 7 lbs since I hit my heaviest postpartum weight, so far. I was about 227lbs two weeks ago. I was 220lbs this morning. Small victories. 🙌🏾

I didn’t even mention that my son has Down Syndrome and while he’s incredibly healthy, there are constant concerns and appointments. Managing the mental strain of this unexpected diagnosis, has also added to this chaotic transition.
