Daisy Elementary is a Hamilton County School in the North River Learning Community serving children in Pre-K thru 5th grade. Our enrollment is approximately 400. We are thrilled to announce our upcoming VW eLab opening up August 2023!
Our Developing Fabricators completed their 3D design of a real estate model in an undeveloped area using @tinkercad #VWeLabs
Our Novice Fabricators designed ten frames and counters made by #Glowforge . They utilized their ten frames and counters by solving math equations and programming Bee Bots to find the answers. #VWeLabs #GlowforgeEDU
Our Experienced Fabricators finished their Benjamin Franklin projects by researching and 3D printing his contributions during the American Revolution. @tinkercad #VWeLabs
Our PreK, Early Fabricators explored with 3D printed play-doh tools and puzzles created with #Glowforge. #VWeLabs #GlowforgeEDU
Our Independent Fabricators finished up their obstacle courses and coded their Finch Bots to run through them. #VWeLabs
Our Master Fabricators finished up their bridges! They increased their skills with fabrication along with using tools like hot glue guns and ZipSnips! #VWeLabs

2nd-5th grade started their PBLs for the next 6 weeks! We have real estate models, obstacle courses for Finch Bots, Benjamin Franklin contributions, and bridge engineering all in development! #VWeLabs
We had a great first full week of eLab! Our 1st-5th grade Fabricators all learned how to develop their 3D designing skills through #TinkerCAD Our DLP PreK is learning letters and numbers and will get to explore with puzzles made with #Glowforge #VWeLabs
