Long Branch Looks To Ban Plastic Bags
The single-use plastic ban would take effect Dec. 31, 2020, if passed.

As you may know Lake Takanassee has been infested with water weeds. Long Branch is investigating ways (& taking bids) to safely control these weeds. Excessive rainfall has leached fertilizers from lawns and household gardens & provided conditions for these invasive weeds to grow.
