If you ever want to know why so many men commit suicide, particularly single men then trying listening to their conversations on the phone with their kids, they really dont want to know unless you live with them. Heart breaking
Feeling particularly down at the moment with Christmas being over, missing my kids, not having any family and being alone. Being a Dad living apart from your kids is tough, it makes you feel like an outsider when your daughter asks to go home.
What is everyone's go to metaphor when trying to explain MH to non sufferers? I use the spider comparison, it's a small harmless creature but sends most people running scared. It's an excellent way of helping someone to understand the irrationality of MH I find.
If you're ever feeling racist then try adjusting your TVs colour by looking at the faces of the people on it and you will soon realise no two people are actually the same colour, it's impossible, there is no correct colour for peoples skin.
