So you should just say that Christianity is false. The central claim of Christianity is that Jesus was the Son of God and was raised from the dead. That’s not negotiable. If you don’t accept that, fine but the moral stuff is meaningless without the former.
Please don’t just throw out the word metaphysical to refer to something beyond your grasp.
Latter-day Saints don’t not believe in the trinity. We very much believe in a social trinity. The word is just taboo’d in culture.
