it’s been almost two months since i’ve driven for uber. what happened? what does this all mean? is this good or bad? or same same?

so massachusetts requires @uber drivers to pass two background checks. i have passed both. uber still refuses to update my background check status. blood is boiling. patience growing thin. infuriating is an understatement.

update… new driver’s license approved. waiting on my appeal decision through the government website. @uber can’t just cancel the current background check and submit a new one.

update on this issue… no update

i just got off the phone with @uber support. they said my issue has been escalated to the documents team and in 15-30 minutes my driver’s license should be approved. now, we wait.

why TF did @uber use my expired, invalid california driver’s license for my background check when as of september of 2023 i have been using an active, valid massachusetts driver’s license?? having been unable to work for three weeks, does anyone know if i can sue uber for this?

The apps can’t keep us safe 😔 Another driver senselessly killed. Shot multiple times through the seat, by the career criminal Lyft put in his car, who was sitting directly behind him. h/t: @Timedoestravel
is this #note to this @lyft #passenger too forward? or rude? i don’t know. i just word vomited exactly how i felt when the ride ended. and i did send the note as is
