Canadian curling legend Colleen Jones has passed away at the age of 65. The Halifax native won an incredible six Scotties Tournament of Hearts and two World Women's Curling Championships. Condolences to Colleen's family, friends and the curling community.

If using the notwithstanding clause is constitutional because its in the constitution. Using the recall legislation you wrote as a tool of democratic accountability is certainly not undemocratic.
