Any schl blaming their data manager for a drop in P8 score needs to have a reality check. It's a national thing which was always forewarned.
Reading DMs' shock at much lower P8 scores than expected. Now weren't we warned not to try and forecast our P8 scores???
Evidence that more lower/middle ability students are taking up Ebacc and approved qualifications perhaps?
Although at the higher end, they are fairly consistent with previous years.
Expected increase in Attainment 8 estimates from previous years, especially at the lower/middle end.
Why are @FFTEdu dashboard reports taking ages to export? I requested a subject report (about 4 pages) yesterday which still hasn't exported!

This has solved my formula issue. Although I've had to create a very complicated workaround in SIMS involving 7 calculations.

I've got a formula for converting P8 score to legacy GCSE points for 2016 (x6 +10), I need one for 2017. I'm thinking a quintic polynomial.
