Huge thanks to my crowd of happy Tango @parkrunUK fans, who allowed us to fill the @alderford_lake volunteer roster this morning in a lovely MDRC takeover. All went like clockwork and lots of happy faces!

Who's been parkrunning this weekend? We've been at Nant y Pandy, Banbury, Trentham Gardens and Alderford Lake (where co-captain Lou found some friends from Audley Striders) Well done everyone! 👏

We're so lucky to live where we do. Lovely mixed group muster run which took us along the Shropshire Union Canal, and part of the Newcastle Way. Can't think of many better ways to spend a Bank Holiday Monday evening 😁
