Today in court, the attorneys talked about the proposed dates for certain deadlines. Proposed trial date did not change, proposed summary judgment date changed from November 30 to December 10. Hearing was very short.

Confirmed: According to Estate court documents, Robson/Safechuck (plaintiffs) are seeking $400 million.
Tentative confirmed, defense gets to depose "Jane Doe" mom and can request relevant documents relating to her 2016 story. I wonder if they will also be deposing her ex, whose name appears on at least one of the checks Finaldi weaseled into Wade's case. That could be interesting.
Re: today's court hearing, FINAL RULING: 1. Marion Goodgame’s Motion is denied in its entirety; 2. Defendants’ Request for monetary sanctions is denied. This is a big win for the Estate attorneys.
