Same here issues with part of my order not being delivered and no response from anyone. Terrible customer service.
@OoniHQ , you need to watch quality and customer care. I ordered a product from you that’s gone AWOL. Three working days for a ticket response, or 5 days to schedule a call. Separately, my neighbour has a faulty new oven that they ordered on my recommendation. Also no response.
