Mondays are for baking! Today we worked hard to create our well thought out, Anglo-Saxons inspired bread. Children worked resiliently in groups to create a dough, which we let prove over lunch. Then we decorate and shaped our breads. Fantastic effort has led to fantastic bread!🍞

In D&T today, we started our unit on making bread insipired by Anglo-Saxons. We explored famous bakers such as @Warburtons and tasting different breads that are currently available. 5A agreed that brioche bread was the yummiest! #MRPAlearning @MRPA_DesignTech
