We celebrated some fantastic achievements at Tuesday's awards ceremony. Special congratulations to our six students who earned the top GPA in 7th and 8th grades (two 3-way ties): Lorelei Guenther, Alexandra Goodwin, Amanda Stuckey, Lillyan Dickerson, Drew Stelle, and Drake Shadle
Our students and families are pretty cool. Thanks to Mrs. Thornburg and the Student Council's Walk-a-Thon, we were able to raise $4,000 for 8th Grade student Mason Hinshaw, who is battling leukemia, and his family. He surprised everyone by coming to the awards program.
The Bulldog golf team defeated New Castle last night by a score of 226-299. Leading the Bulldogs was match medalist Brady Moore with a 43. Also scoring for the Bulldogs was Eli Bellew with a 53, Ben Wright with a 62, Ali Hemmerling with 68, and Aurora Biava with a 68.
