On the 12th Day of Wesley, we thank God for friends who partner with us and help sow Kingdom seeds in the good soil of college students by offering prayer support and financial resources and encouraging words.
On the 9th Day of Wesley… We can’t wait for tonight’s worship concert! And we’re thrilled to share with you that this special event is fully funded! Thank you to our five friends who are sponsoring our worship concert.
On the 8th Day of Wesley… Today, we’re turning Wesley into a Coffee House as we roll on with our Welcome Week events! Coffee, games, and live music in the newly renovated Ed Curtis Gathering Room. The event costs us $150 to host. To give, go to StateWesley.org
On the 7th Day of Wesley…On the first Sunday of the new school year, we’re gathering new & returning students for worship in the Chapel of Mem. Later, we host Sunday Funday, bringing together hundreds of new students on the Drill Field for snow cones, games, and info about WF.
On the 6th Day of Wesley…Today we welcome New Dawgs to campus w/ smoothies & milkshakes at our Dawg Days event: Smooth(ie) Start! It’s a $500 event, and we welcome your support as we welcome a new class of New Dawgs to State. To give, go to StateWesley.org.
On the 5th Day of Wesley… May we suggest two creative ways to donate to Wesley? 1/ Consider taking advantage of your employer’s matching gift program, and 2/ please remember Wesley if you’d like to turn a minimum distribution from an IRA into a tax-deductible contribution.
On the 4th Day of Wesley… We value every gift of any amount, & we appreciate the impact of a leadership gift. If a gift in the range of $15,000 is within your means, we would be grateful for the impact of a leadership gift. To give, go to StateWesley.org & click donate
On the 3rd Day of Wesley… A gift of $500 monthly adds up to $6,000 over the course of a year & provides significant fuel for our ministry machine. To fully fund our ministry, we are seeking five gifts in this range, and we’d be grateful if you could support us at this level.
On the 2nd Day of Wesley… Could you help us toward our goal of finding 12 friends who support our ministry with a monthly gift of $200? Last year, nine friends supported Wesley at this level. An annual gift of $2,400 helps keep our ministry on the move.
On the 1st Day of Wesley… Since 1878, our University has been investing in the lives of young women and men. By giving $18/mo or $78/mo or $1,878 to our general ministry fund, you can join Wesley’s 1878 Club & continue the long tradition of making a difference in State students
