On day 2 of the Mississippi Delta Alternative Spring Break, our students visited the family-owned Silent Shade Planting Company, the B.B. King Museum, ate lunch at Betty's Place, and played games and completed a service project at the Boys & Girls Club in Greenwood. #msuasb2019
Day 1 of the MS Delta Alternative Spring Break. The trip started with a visit to Robert Johnson’s grave at Little Zion Church, next the historic Bryant’s Grocery, where they reflected on the story of Emmett Till. Later, we had fun at Painting with Friends in Greenwood. #msdelta
