There was no issue until @fordnation and @PaulCalandra decided to a) remove the powers of our democratically-elected trustees and then b) restrict the ability of Ontarians to participate in activities related to public education. Obvious bad decisions should be reversed. #onted

Students/families don’t need @PaulCalandra to pretend to be Plato or Archimedes! Ontario students need appropriate funding & a collaborative local board level approach, giving the best opportunity for enhanced achievement & the flexibility to meet student needs. Not an autocracy!

Confirmed the Ford crony appointed TDSB Supervisor didn’t attend the SEAC School Board Meeting last night, which Trustees would have attended. I guess $360,000 a year isn’t sufficient for this supervisor to be engaged! We want our Trustees back. #topoli #onpoli #onted
ok, I got some details: the TDSB supervisor was not in attendance this evening, but going forward, the Director of Education will be attending the SEAC meetings.
