Had a request to see NY Fats on Pocket cans. I would normally go with a lower output cap on a Pocket Can like the stock cap or a Universal Thin, but he NY sprayed really nice. #graffiti
In The War of Art, Steven Pressfield says we feel the strongest resistance when the work matters most to our soul’s growth. That resistance—fear, doubt, procrastination—can be both a curse and a compass. The pro shows up and does the work anyway. “All that matters is I’ve put in…

This classic marker’s been in the game for decades. Some love it, others hate it. The white isn’t super opaque, but it’s not bad. Writes smooth, durable nib, and that little metal body disappears in your pocket. The cap redesign fixed the old crusty issue. I still rock with them.
Do you use this cap? The old Rusto Female fat cap may not have the best spray pattern out there—it isn’t bad at all, but the Boston Fat is definitely among the best to have on Rusto.#graffiti
When you need to just dust a wall to see your sketch better, the Lightning Cap gets it done super fast.

Trying a throwie with the Heavy Dart cap using it for both the fill and outline. It’s so controllable, you can get output similar to a Pink Dot Fat Cap all the way down to lines so thin they’re close to what you could get from a stencil cap. #graffiti
Behind the scenes printing some slaps for Fate and Shark 👊
I found a bag of these at the shop and don’t remember if/why we would have ordered them. It appears to allow you to put female caps on female cans, but only the larger stem ones like Mad Maxxx. Is there something I’m missing about this? What’s the purpose?
I don’t remember where this was. It was around 1992 in LA. Seeing this then, and seeing it in photos again now, it’s still the epitome of graffiti to me. Raw, simple silver throwies on the streets. I like all the wild shit, but this kind of graffiti will always be it for me.
Last week I posted a video doing a throwie in the rain on a wet wall using Hardcore and Vice to see how it would stick. The paint went on without issue. A few days later, i’m finding the paint is stuck to the wall just fine. No flaking off or anything. #graffiti
