After what can best be called a disasterous season, the Muskies media office will be closed til next Spring.
Those three games were lost to Toronto. Next, the lowly fish visit Tombstone. Hoping things turn around soon.
Lose 3 straight games (1 in 10 inning, and another in 9th), slide back into last place in division. 3-7 past 10 games. Fans deserve better
Roller coaster ride continues, as Madison drops 3 to NorCal, & takes 2 of 3 from Hollywood. Now 15 games out of first. Another poor season.
Muskies trade Odor (2B) and Laird (C) to Hollywood for Suzuki (C)
Madison drops 2 to Steel City, salvages 1 game. Then lose two straight heartbreaking losses to French Lake late in both games. Win last game
Next series, Muskies host visiting Steel City, current in 2nd place in the Western Division.
Fish drop 2 of 3 games to French Lake, but, crush visiting Hollywood in 2 of 3, hitting 5 Home runs in 3rd game!
The Fish take 2of3 from Toronto, and next meet another daunting for in French Lake. Still, Madison in 3rd with NorCal & Detroit trailing.
The mighty Huckleberries visit Madison, and win two of three. Next opponent is another daunting foe, Toronto. Two division leaders in a row.
Madison sweeps the Beans in 3 straight! Next, Tombstone visits for a 3 game series and after Toronto visits the Muskies.
The Muskies also moved out of division basement, past Detroit, into 4th. Next series is 3 games at home against the Beans. Go Muskies!
Apologies for lapse in posts. Since, series w/ Tombstone, Madison took 2 of 3 from Detroit, 2 of 3 from Steel City, & swept 3 from Chavez.
Crushed in 6 straight games, on road & at home. Madison is 9-1 in last 10 games. Still last in division. Truly dismal & as bad as last year.
Next opponent is Tombstone. Madison hopes to rebound from the recent devastating home series.
Earlier in wk, fish take 2 of 3 from Toronto. Feeling confident, they returned home to host French Lake, & were swept in devastating manner.
In two weekend series Muskies drop 2 of 3 to Seattle, and then take 2 of 3 from the even lower Hamsters. Plouffe is injured and out 18 days.
