I feel that this is great news for Commander as a whole. Spiky metas might try and abuse it but it definitely will help make sure everyone has a fun and competitive game. Ultimately, if you don't like it, your playgroup doesn't have to use it! #mtg #cmdr #edh
Commander will be adopting the London Mulligan (bit.ly/314vgT7) at the same time as other formats, with the standard first-mulligan-is-free for games with more than two players (CR103.4c).
