While we hope and wait for Apple to give us the Open Sky Environment, Magic Room just released a Sky Ceiling effect of their own! It’s pretty great!
Magic Room v1.3 update includes a visualization of surfaces detected by Vision Pro and rough measurements. Scan your whole space for better results : )
Finally properly visualized surfaces detected by Vision Pro and their sizes🧐 ARKit actually constructs "planar meshes", so it works for non-rectangular surfaces too (latter half of the video). It should be that way since iOS but feels quite fun to see it wearing a headset!
Magic Room v1.2 is live!✨ Main updates since v1.1: * Fixed a bug - now the app can render further than 20 meters away. * Made settings persistent across app/device restarts. * Made the code rain brighter by default so it looks much better on capture. More coming🤗
