@Destiny2Team @BungieHelp So, mods aren't functioning unless you have equipped them in that current life- they aren't even active when you first load in. TLDR: Every time you spawn/respawn, you must re-equip mods or they do nothing Demo below:
UPDATE: As we continue to investigate a fix for this issue, the ability to purchase multiple Adept weapons will remain active over the weekend. Due to this, we have temporarily disabled the flawless matchmaking pool for the Sunday reset.
We are aware of an issue where players are able to purchase multiple Adept weapons with a single Passage after going Flawless in Trials of Osiris. We are currently investigating a fix and will provide updates when we can.

Re: Cyberpunk - Do not underestimate how many people own a base PS4/Xbox One and how many do NOT have a PS5 or Series X due to cost or availability. Overall "last-gen" consoles will likely make up the biggest platform of the game, which is why these issues are a big deal
