Update: last Friday I finally had my vetting interview with the Ontario NDP. I'm now waiting for the party to give me the "green light". This essentially means I'm waiting to know if I'm officially allowed to run in the Hamilton Centre nomination race or not.
My friends & I have watched for years as people have struggled to survive in #HamOnt. We need changes to our healthcare & education systems, & an end to the criminalization of the poor. This work needs activists too, & I intend to seek the NDP nomination in Hamilton Centre 1/
