sometimes magic comes in large packages, sometimes it comes in smaller moments. dedicating a year to making it, finding it or appreciating it.
Today was harder to find the positive. So I cleaned the house, ditched the book I was reading for another and wrote thank you notes. Tomorrow will be better.
Yes, the world is burning at the moment. But I am taking a time out to enjoy a kitten, which has the most velvet paws, who is sleeping on my foot.
Went to the big city tonight and took my son out to dinner. Then we took in the lights.
Last night slept in front of the lit Christmas tree. Celebrating it before it is taken down today. Woke up to see the cats just staring at it. They seemed to be just as entranced as I was.
