I've been so anxious about setting up this Twitter account that I've put it off for weeks/months while losing sleep over whether or not I should do it. But finally, here I am, ready to share some of my experiences #Anxiety #New #Sleep

Haven't been on much recently. Been struggling with life. Mum isn't well and an old pal committed suicide last week. Been signed off work today for 2 weeks. #Broken
Mum (with terminal cancer) told me today that she doesn't think the treatment is worth her quality of life anymore. I don't know what to do with that information.
Was told exercise would help me sleep. Just ran 5 miles, legs hurt so much I think the pain might keep me awake.. 🤣

Suffering with man flu today. Ate half a tub of Ben & Jerry's which helped with the sore throat. Feeling sorry for myself now
Haven't tweeted for a while.. I think having 5 consecutive days off work broke me a bit. Have really struggled to get back into it #meh
Last day off today, have pretty much slept for 5 days straight, has been incredible
Today I will mostly be replying to people on here with GIFs just because I'm over tired, hyper and childish
Wish my bed was as comfortable when I try to sleep as it is when my alarm goes off in the morning.
