These documents that the @SECGov fought so hard to keep hidden from the public and other litigants were very important to unseal. The SEC under Jay Clayton and @GaryGensler is a bad faith actor, and the proof is now available for the public to see.
In SEC vs LBRY, SEC successfully argued that holdings alone, even absent ANY public statements, make token sales a security (see quote from ruling). Meanwhile, the SEC's Office of General Counsel said privately this factor was legally irrelevant. 🤡🌎
