Great use of near field detection for WADL mapping. Thanks Dr. @FergieLosiniec1 for allowing to participate and @mike_lean for your clinical insights.
Challenging VT storm with multiple morphologies in a hemodynamically unstable patient for redo procedure. Substrate-guided strategy, focusing on areas of wavefront discontinuity with dual pacing wavefronts suggested a potential VT isthmus. Area corresponded nicely with…
Re-entry around suture lines in a DILV with bidirectional Glenn and modified Fontan using the right atrial wall to create a bridging tunnel between discontinuous pulmonary arteries. #EPeeps #WIC #WomenInEP #ACHD @mhshospital @DanielBenhayon fantastic support from @AbbottCardio…
Concomitant Afib ablation / LAAO case performed by Dr @FergieLosiniec1 . @AbbottCardio ‘s Medinbox played a key role allowing seamless remote assistance by our national ICE expert.
Great case of ICE guided LAAO with @medinbox @AbbottCardio support. @medinbox allows for procedural support worldwide between physicians and key specialist that can assist with tips during complex cases. It was super easy to connect. Looking forward to sharing more cases with my…
HD Grid X SE for fast and ACCURATE modeling is the better tool. @AbbottCardio.
CTI PVI with @AbbottCardio and the new HD Grid X, can anyone spot the congenital anomaly? Great case @joel_chic @Mapbastian
Check up our latest paper illustrating the value of Peak Frequency Map for Brugada Syndrome link.springer.com/article/10.100… Panel A illustrates pre-ablation maps, while Panel B illustrates post-ablation maps.
Nice case with @AbbottCardio @Mapbastian @mhshospital #EPeeps #WIC #WomenInEp #AblateVT. Thank you to @JRWinterfield @MUSC_EP @AMatthews0 for the lessons learned! Makes for a nice day in the office.
New favorite stability maneuver for pathway ablation! @Johncfmiami @s_timilsina @Mapbastian @mhshospital @DanielBenhayon

1rst experience with tactiflex in Colombia. 1 hour PVI and PW with 50W/8-10 sec in a patient with persistent Afib and severe LA dilatation in La Cardio @fcardioinfantil @drluissaenz @william_Bauti @mijoteca @FScazzuso @dan_david27 @VanPittar @Boris_Migue
Micro-reentrant AT Mondays?!? Let's go! 🎯 Entire re-entrant circuit on the Grid EGMs imperceptible on recording system <0.06 mV Annotated automatically based on frequency w #OTNF One burn term 🔥🔥#MapMoreBurnLess @AbbottCardio
Great first #TactiFlex PVI case in South Florida with @dkenigsberg! Added bonus was a fun circuit that terminated with one burn on #EnsiteX. @abbottcardio @GatorPacer @meghapandyaep #EPeeps #AbbottProud
Emergency ablation for VT associated with HCM under ECMO support. Focal pattern in the LV posterolateral wall on the epicardial side. Endocardial approach terminated it. Great combination of #EnSiteX, #HDGrid, and #Tactiflex. The vector arrow is very useful! #EP大学

AF/AFL patient with prev MV Surgery. Mapped AFL CL 230ms using #HDGrid #OT rotation through Mitral Isthmus, the carina of the LPVs, and down Posterior wall floor. Interesting roof functional line of block with passive signals. @PQRST_EP @abbottcardio #EPeeps #EnsiteX
Nice late activation in the middle of this inferior dense scar. Very late potentials and decel. zone under 0.15 mV. #ILAM Map using #hdgrid and #EnsiteX with #OT. Thanks Dr. @DanielBenhayon. #Epeeps @AbbottCardio
First LVOT PVC case using TactiFlex. Transaortic antegrade approach to RCC/LCC transition zone eliminated the PVCs as the Vector shows. Amazing RF catheter! #TactiFlex #EnSiteX #SagaUniversity
Abbott CEO taking accountability and issuing an apology for their role in the baby formula shortage. Also outlining clear steps to help families and actions they are taking to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Great example of leadership tinyurl.com/2p8skmta

This makes sense. When I started learning cardiac anatomy and EP terminology, I thought about TA 4-5 located APs as inferior and septal but I was "forced" to say they where posterior and septal due to stablished convention. 😁. Thanks Dr. @jacabreracardio .
👩🎓👨🎓electrophysiologists performing accessory pathway ablation have used the term 'posteroseptal' region . 🔹This area, however, is neither septal nor posterior, but paraseptal and inferior. EP Europace, Volume 24, Issue 4, April 2022, Pages 676–690, doi.org/10.1093/europa…
