What an amazing visit from Dylan the Reptile Man today! We met Sparky the lizard, Colin the snake, Dave the tortoise, Jabba the frog, Rosie the tarantula and one other very special guest! We learnt lots of amazing animal facts too! #greatsankeyscience
In our My Happy Mind session today, we practised our Happy Breathing which wakes up our Prefrontal Cortex and Hippocampus which help us to be at our best. #greatsankeypshe #MyHappyMind
In our Book Club today, we have looked at Julia Donaldson as our author of the week. We loved reading lots of her books together in groups.📚😁

We were doing some tricky maths today! We were looking at number bonds to 20 and lots of related facts! #greatsankeymaths
Mr Dennis did a great job in Gardening Club, where the children started to make paper marches plant pots. You will have to ask them what they are planning on planting inside them! @GtSankeyPrimary
We were learning about carnivores, herbivores and omnivores in science and then discussed how not all humans are omnivores! So we taste tested meat and plant based sausages to see if we could tell the difference! #greatsankeyscience
