I salute the Unipiper, who I met when he threw out a first pitch at a @picklesbaseball game in spectacular fashion, just after I had thrown own very normal pitch on the finale of our 16-ballpark Northwest tour in 2022. Well said!
You can tell the "War in Portland" is raging when a guy in a kilt and a Darth Vader mask (the Unipiper) can ride his unicycle, unaccosted, past folks dressed as sharks and Garfield, playing "This Land Is Your Land" on bagpipes. KEEP PORTLAND WEIRD, Y'ALL!
We spent our last day in @YellowstoneNPS looking for wildlife in the Hayden and Lamar valleys. Great, long, close look at a grizzly, juvenile red-tailed hawk (we think), bison, a pronghorn herd, plus a black wolf! #travel

We did a private wildlife photography tour today focused on the Lamar Valley in @YellowstoneNPS. Hundreds of bison, dozens of elk, a pack of 8 wolves, a grizzly, a black bear, three mountain goats, several pronghorn, several mule deer, a couple of trumpeter swans, and a coyote
Dinner and sunset at the Lake Yellowstone Hotel in @YellowstoneNPS. I had the rabbit pot pie ravioli with herbed ricotta, she had the seared scallops with creamy mushroom sauce and fontina. Elk raced toward the lake as we ate. Splendid. #travel #foodie
