Last week Council's staff spent eight hours clearing rubbish from the hard shoulder & central reservation of the A27 west of the Southwick tunnel. They filled 90 bags of rubbish from the one mile stretch. Rubbish found included fast food packaging, bike wheels and traffic cones.
