Stage 9 LRR: Mass sprint 5th place with an overall finish of third! Not to shabby. El D finished 9th in the sprint. The team finished 2nd.

Stage 8 LRR: Steep climb towards the end. Finished in the pack, still in 3rd 20". El D 70th at 7'17" back on the stage 32nd overall at 4'09"

Stage 7 LRR: Parkour had all the earmarks for a victory. Didn't happen. 21st today in the pack. El D 41st. I am still in it in 2nd 12" back.

Stage 6 LRR: Flat for El D, but he didn't get it done and finished 4th in the sprint. I finished 7th in the sprint 2nd overall 12" back.

Stage 5 LRR: 7k to go and I attacked up hill and hung on for the win! 2nd overall. El D finished 30th he is now 2'50" back in 33rd.

Stage 4 LRR: Sent Pater up the road to defend the polka dot jersey and did he ever! Too hilly for El D 33rd overall. I finished 14th.

Much delayed info on the Lake Road Race results coming up. It is amazing how fast and far you can get behind when you are not watching.

Stage 3 LRR: Flat, just like El D likes it. Unfortunately he got caught in traffic and finished 7th in the main sprint. I finished 14th.

Stage 2 LRR: I couldn't make up the distance in the sprint and came in 2nd and 5th overall. A little too hilly for El D in 10th place.

Stage 1 Lake Road Race:Couldn't quite catch the solo breakaway, but we launched El Dangeroso off the front for a 2nd place finish overall!

ToSC way late update: El D finished 9th in the final day TT and I came in 3rd. I finished 1st overall and just woke up from the celebrating.

ToSC Stage 2 yesterday: I finished 3rd on the stage and 4th overall 12" back! Too hilly for El Dangeroso who finished 27th 3'10" back.

Tour of So. Colorado 1st race of the year. I snagged some mtn pts early and El Dangeroso stepped up and sprinted to a 4th place finish!

At sprint training camp I discovered two things. One, El Dangeroso has a large female fanbase and two, "adorkable" is some kind of thing.

Sebastian has me going to sprint camp in LA this week. NOT a sprinter. I am not going to let the tech geeks read the data for a good laugh.

Finished up training camp with base and strength training with the last day an individual ride at my normal spin rate. Trying to get ready.

Finished the first week of training camp with weight lifting and team building group ride. Kicking up the intensity and measuring outputs.

Great first day of training camp with a flat road group ride. I hope we can keep the teamwork up. Let's continue with the nice weather.

Didn't do surgery on the hip. Doing therapy to strengthen the muscles around it instead. Wish me and my hip luck for the upcoming season!

Training camp later than usual. Sebastian wants to do multiple stage races in the summer instead of single day races in spring. Yikes!
